Flow of the Order

Here we introduce the flow of ordering Japanese-made wires, cables, connectors, terminals, and other electrical materials.
We will respond quickly and courteously until the products arrive at the buyer's destination.

  1. Request for a quote

    Please send us an email with the manufacturer, model, and quantity of the product for which you would like a quote. Please be sure to include your company name, address, the name of the person in charge, and email address.

  2. Receipt of email

    Once we have received your email requesting a quote, we will notify you of our receipt. If you don't receive the notification from us, it is possible that your email has not been received. Please email us again, or fax or call us at the following number.

  3. Reply for quote request

    In principle, we reply to quote request via email.
    The unit price, delivery date, and estimated shipping costs will be clearly stated in the email. Delivery will be by EMS, DHL, or LCL (consolidated shipment). The delivery method will be selected according to the delivery time requested by your company.
    The time to reply to the quote request varies depending on the contents and quantity. Please understand in advance that it may take time to confirm the special products, products that are difficult to procure, etc.

  4. Order

    Please place an order after confirming the quoted price and delivery date, and discussing other details.
    For placing orders, please issue a purchase order sheet of your company, which can be sent as an email attachment.

  5. Payment

    We will inform you the payment method via email after receiving your purchase order. All orders will be shipped upon the receipt of payment.
    Our payment methods are as follows.

  6. Packaging and shipping

    Our shipping methods are as follows. We will contact you with the tracking number after the shipment is completed.

    * The customers are responsible for payment of all fees, taxes, and customs duties associated with shipping to the importing country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We are not responsible for customs and import duties.

  7. Arrival of products

    Please check the products at your company as soon as possible after the arrival of the products. Please contact our staff if you have any questions or concerns.

Shipping information

The shipping method is determined by the weight and size of the product to be shipped. Our site offers the following shipping methods: EMS (Express Mail Service), DHL, and ocean freight consolidation service (LCL).

EMS(Express Mail Service)

Delivery time: 3-10 days after shipping (Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may take 1-2 weeks depending on the customs destination).

Compensation for damages: There is no charge up to 20,000 yen for damages, and you can increase the maximum amount by paying an additional charge of 50 yen for every 20,000 yen thereafter. The maximum amount of compensation for damages is 2,000,000 yen.

Delivery time: 1-7 days after shipping, depending on the service you choose (Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may take 1-2 weeks depending on customs destination).

Economy International Shipping (SAL - Surface Air Lift)

Cheapest shipping method. Delivery time may vary due to low priority handling, but normally takes around 2 weeks or more. Insured amount is up to 6,000 yen or the amount stated on the customs declaration form if the value of lost or damaged packet is less than 6,000 yen. If you can accept all risks, you can remove the option of tracking and 400 yen will be deducted from the shipping fee. Please select the option (Use unregistered SAL if available) at checkout. If you delete tracking, insurance will also be deleted.

Shipping fees and taxes

  • Prices do not include VAT and customs fees. Taxes and customs duties are charged to the client by the shipping company when the package arrives.
  • Only one delivery address is allowed per order placed.
  • If the billing address and shipping address do not match, an invoice will be sent.
  • It depends on the shipping company and country’s regulations. Once your order has been shipped, a shipping notification will be sent to you via email. When in doubt, please contact the shipping company directly, we will not be held responsible for any deliveries in your country.
  • EMS shipping fees include shipping insurance. If you need the DHL shipping service with shipping insurance, please make a note in your order as shipping fee may vary. We will contact you if the shipping fee needs to be changed.
