EXT-Ⅱ/2517 is a high-durability flexible cable designed for electronic equipment and robots. It uses specially ultra-fine stranded copper wires for the conductor, offering excellent flexibility and durability. The insulator is made of slick and heat-resistant PVC, while the sheath uses high-slick PVC with oil resistance, heat resistance, and flame retardancy, enabling long-term high-speed movement in cable carriers. It conforms to flame-retardant standards UL VW-1 and CUL FT1 and complies with the RoHS Directive (10 substances). Rated for 300V and 105°C, it is UL and CUL certified. The cable has passed more than 50 million cycles in movement tests (with actual capability of up to 100 million), making it ideal for high-reliability wiring in robots and industrial machinery.
