EXT-Ⅱ-SB/2517 is a high-durability, high-performance shielded cable ideal for wiring movable parts in electronic devices and robots. It uses specially ultra-fine stranded soft copper wires as conductors, with slick and heat-resistant PVC for insulation, and high-slick PVC with excellent oil, heat, and flame resistance for the sheath. Additionally, it features a tin-plated soft copper wire braid (shield) to counter external noise, ensuring high noise resistance. It has cleared over 50 million cycles in cable carrier tests (with actual performance up to 100 million) and offers excellent bending and torsion resistance. Rated at 300V and 105°C, it complies with UL VW-1 and CUL FT1 flame standards, as well as the RoHS Directive. It is ideal for industrial wiring requiring high-speed movement and reliability.
