CLEANSTAR MV 300V BK HF is a halogen-free, low-dust, flexible robot cable designed for cleanroom environments. It uses ultra-fine soft copper wires as conductors, cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) as the insulator, and a flame-retardant, oil-resistant halogen-free TPU as the sheath. The materials conform to IPA-certified ISO 14644-1 Class 1, making them suitable for clean work environments. Rated at 300V and 80°C, it complies with UL STYLE 21815 and CUL/CSA standards. It has passed over 20 million cycles in cable carrier tests and a proprietary 2000V/5-minute withstand voltage test. This is a halogen-free, environmentally conscious cable design.
